Today mySafety, as a first company, launches an ID protection in Poland. Just as in Sweden, the ID theft is a growing problem for Polish consumers. Now with the same strong protection as the Swedish company mySafety Försäkringar offers in Sweden.
Identity theft is one of the crimes that are growing the fastest. According to the Polish Bank Association, their database today has a record of 1.45 million lost or stolen documents. During the first quarter of 2015 over 27 000 new stolen or lost identity documents were added to the list.
- That number is alarming and it is very much also an international problem. We are therefore pleased to offer Polish consumers our robust protection that replaces damage. Just as in Sweden it is not just about financial compensation and proactive monitoring of an individual's credit status but also help to sort out all communications with banks, enterprises and government agencies as a theft triggers, says Daniel Elfvendahl CEO mySafety AB.
- Since 2008, mySafety Försäkringar in Sweden has built up a large expertise in the ID-thefts. This has led to the successful insurance model effectively beeing adapted to the Polish market, continues Daniel Elfvendahl.
